After having Pinterest-stalked a few rings from their collection for several months, I knew I could not complete my wedding band search without visiting their showroom and trying some on. My fiancé and I drove up from NJ to their Boston location, which was the closest one to us. The showroom was beautiful and Lillian was an absolute gem to work with. She was extremely friendly and open to any questions/suggestions that we had. She was patient as I narrowed down my choices and took pics/videos to compare and seemed to truly understand what we each wanted from our rings. She knew I was torn between the full eternity and half eternity Whisper due to the nature of my work and my concern for wear/tear. And the end of the day she provided us with her experiences on durability with this particular style and helped me make my choice (the full eternity), which also happened to be the very first ring I fell in love with from BE! Needless to say, we purchased both of our wedding bands during the visit (my fiancé chose a low key matte finish ring that very much suited him) and we could not be more ecstatic about it. She was even able to set us up with a payment option that made the most sense for us. We can't wait to receive our beautiful bands! We are confident that they will arrive safe and sound, as our customer service experience has been outstanding thus far.
