The culture starter for veggies is YUM!
I did the BE diet cultured vegetables years ago from Donna’s fifth edition book. I made a 5 gallon crock based on that recipe. Results were , I could never tolerate it . The smell or taste. Over the years I’d learned more about fermented vegetables and creating recipes . These were salt water brine ferments. I found them helpful but to much salt . Upon restarting the BE diet I did get a nice batch or two going before I tried the BE diet culture starter . Once my first batch was ready using the starter it hit the spot. Low to no salt yummy tart taste a good smell .
I eat the combinations on almost everything . So tasty . I don’t think anyone can go wrong , just chop those veggies up and follow the label .
