I received my package, and before I even open it I can hear that the mug is shattered. I open the package hoping it's just something extra moving around but it isn't. There is no bubble wrap or any protective packaging around the mug. The box doesn't even say fragile.
I emailed a company and got a response the next day they said they are working on it and will send out another mug. I'm still waiting so we will see. I hope they do send it out because it looked beautiful and everything was correct on it.
