I'm not someone who knows a lot about mushrooms and I haven't really researched into them on an expert level. My order made it to my door the next day. The quality of their cordyceps capsules is good I believe. It was pretty much all that I have read about in the description that I experienced with cordyceps, so I'm guessing they are good.
