It was my first time ordering from Igel beauty and I ordered an extremely large order. I was impressed by how fast I received the order especially since most companies have had shipping delays due to COVID-19. I received my packages in less than a week from my order date. When the packages arrived I did smell a strong odor of nail polish however I figured since I ordered 247 different colors that may be where the smell was coming from. As I started to unpack the first box The smell was very strong I eventually found that one of the Lacquers was damaged and had dripped all over eight other items. It was a huge mess!! I emailed the company and after 11 messages back and forth, multiple pictures and a extremely bad headache they agreed to send a replacement. I was so frustrated I couldn't even unpack the second box for a few days. When I decided to unpack the second box I found another Lacquer that was damaged luckily for me it didn't leak all over multiple items but the nail polish had dried causing the gel polish it was packaged with to be stuck inside of the packaging. I again contacted the company sent pictures and waited for a response. They basically said they would replace the Lacquer but not the gel polish because the gel polish was not damaged. This is extremely frustrating to me because the gel polish is covered with dry nail polish and I'm not able to get it out of the packaging. This clearly seems like a minor thing to the company but is very frustrating for me due to the fact I spent over $700 on this purchase and now I'm not able to use one of the colors because they don't feel it's damaged. It's really a shame that they put me through so much just for a replacement. It's crazy they rather lose a repeat customer instead of just making this situation right. Any time I have ever made a purchase or received damaged goods the company will try to make it right. IGel clearly doesn't care about its customers like other companies out there. I will choose to make purchases with companies that value their customers.
