I love taking the elevator, it's my little dose of daily self care. With every sachet I know I'm getting all that I need for the day, I'm looking after myself mind and body. And I feel my body responding positively to the nourishment. Its easy to remember and easy to take and it also takes the stress out of wondering what I should be taking.
