I've already milled 2 different grains and only had the Nutrimill for a little over a week. That was for 2 different bread recipes - and the taste of the bread was day and night superior to using only all purpose or unbleached bread flour! I started with only 25% fresh ground wheat flour then increased that to 50%. That's when I really noticed the improvement in taste! Very little mess which only came from me neglecting to put something under the chute to collect debris when cleaning with the included cleaning brush. It was minimal, but it was my own fault.
