I ordered my poles and received an email explaining expected delivery. Nearer the time I received an email with more details, and then I got the Royal Mail tracking.
My poles arrived in a box, packaged well but without lots of excessive packaging.
There's an information video to explain how to set them up and a course about how to run and walk with poles.
And then off I went with my poles.
They are so light, easy to set up and collapse, and going up hills is amazing.
