Promptly delivered, as ordered. Good quality, same as Ruffwear harnesses. Can get my 16 year old dachshund in, with a tiny booster cushion, within about 2 minutes. The foam back board and integrated harness make all the difference to the strength, security and ease of use. He seems totally comfortable and relaxed. He still manages normal short walks at his own pace but when in his backpack we can revisit hikes from our younger years.
