First purchase with this company and I was very impressed with the help and service when ordering to delivery and the freshness of the fish was amazing. I decided to use one of the helpful recipe guides on website to cook a birthday meal, Dover Sole with clams! It was delicious and honestly the best thing ive ever cooked. The recipe was very easy to follow and I couldn't believe the results, I made it!!! As I have disabilities with my upper arms, I decided to adapt the recipe slightly and made a cream sauce and I added capers, I also cooked the fish entirely on a low heat on the gas not in the oven to help with my disability. I've added a picture so you can see my results, if I can do it, so can you. Great experience from ordering with questions to every tasty morsel of food, I'm actually sad the meal is over and it's a couple of days later, it really was that good! Thank you for all your help.
