The class was fun.Sophie teaches well. She makes it so easy and focuses on you learning, and doing it yourself, with her support and guidance. Her kitchen is clean which serves as a bonus for me. I felt like I had met her before and was really relaxed during the entire lesson. Her staff was also kind and supportive as well. You can ask Sophie any questions, she was happy to answer. As it was a girlie class, we sure had a lot of girlie talking and laughter along the way. I will surely be back Thanks Sophie I had so much fun learning as the atmosphere was friendly, diverse and inclusive. Keep it up.
