Out of the box the the front part of the barrel was broken. Everything else seemed fine. The customer service was prompt and helpful. Sent out a replacement part straight away. Then when I went to charge it, the charger was broken. Again they were quick to send out a replacement. As for the blaster, I was hoping for a better grouping then 5m at 10-15m range. I did buy the apparent “comp ready” but don’t believe I would stand a chance. Considering the 2 broken parts straight out of the box and a blaster that’s not even close to being accurate. I’m still satisfied with the quality of this blaster and the customer service.
