Initially the barometer dial looks like the scaling is incorrect in the advertising picture but in real life it is in the tradional milibars which is a relief. We also had a problem with the alcohol in the temperature gauge which had separated on delivery. Hot water on the bulb of the gauge over 1 hour made the temperature rise enough for it all to join up. Now it's on our narrowboat and we couldn't be happier. (See pics). Also nice that the clock doesn't tick as it is quartz.
