I have heard doctors say that collagen supplements are important to one's health. I have tried a couple. And, I understand this product is made from a variety of different sources which is important. Probably the thing that I like the best in comparison to others is that this product mixes very easily with fluids. Other brands seem to just Clump up. Not Beauty Lux!
