Our cream porcelain tiles turned black over a couple of winters, we had no idea what the problem was. On learning about tannins and the problems they cause we researched patio cleaners and found the floorseal product. We followed the video directions using a black buffer and the result was amazing. They now look like new. I have also used the cleaner on less dirty areas and it makes cleaning our patios easy. Great product, highly recommend.
