Really enjoyed the class, Jasper was really helpful and hands on. I had never used oil paints before, so Jasper taught us a lot about the medium. We worked in stages from sketching basic shapes, refining these then indicating our areas of light and dark values which we then painted in, and then we worked more on how to indicate shape and texture. The vibe was great with jazz music and a relaxed atmosphere. In the end, I’m super pleased with my final piece, especially as a complete beginner to oils. Would definitely recommend!!
