I purchased this product because I was looking for a meal replacement shake that was both low in carbs and low in sugar. I follow more of a low carb keto diet so most other shakes are WAAAY too high in carbs and sugar. This shake has all the nutrients I was looking for and helps keep me in the zone without a big blood sugar spike. I was impressed by how good it tastes despite having less sugar than other brands.
