My first attempt with the 3lb sterilized grain bag was positive - it took a while to fully colonize before I mixed it with the substrate. I have 3 SAB boxes of APE going that are all producing SLOWLY!! First harvest yesterday small, but such beautiful deep blue!! ;-)
I used a second bag and inoculated with an LC from a company I have used in the past - the bag became contaminated but now I know its the LC as the grain bag was appropriately sterilized in autoclave (black tape markings support this). Might need a new LC source
