I have to say that the changes were gradual, so that after two months of taking VitaCell+ I forgot to reorder. What I noticed then was a gradual decline...lots of aches and pains along with sluggishness. I now ordered a subscription so I won't run out again. I'm actually looking forward to my next physical and bloodwork test results for the changes there.
