I was using another pillow before this one and I had terrible back and shoulder aches and pains. We are both always comfortable when using this pillow for nursing. It is my go-to gift for any breastfeeding friend. It's multi functional and excellent quality. Now that he's a bit older I give it to my baby to climb on and to lean against too.
