These are fantastic, a real quality product. I have bought many tags from the instant engraving machines in pet stores. They never last and within a year they become hard to read. These tags are so much better. Yes, it takes a little longer as you fill out a form online and they then mail them. I had them with one week of ordering and they look great and feel great (Second piccie). The etching won't wear away like it does with the others I have been purchasing (First piccie)
