The regular keystones IQ didn't seem to make a huge difference BUT the caffeine IQ i could feel a big difference AND the peach actually doesnt taste too bad!! I will share a photo from a year ago and from today with keytone-IQ.
I understand its not for everyone but why not try it? I feel it has helped me!
