Lady who served me was soo friendly. The cross pendant is light weight and colourful. It is the same design front and back so if it flips whilst your wearing it, it won't be noticeable. It is hollow through the middle which makes it light and lets the stones sparkle in the light. I changed the chain as it was a bit short for my liking, but still a good quality chain.
