After wearing my new Marloe Coniston Auto K4 for a few weeks, both for many days in a row, and in rotation with other watches, I am so glad I have it. I had been looking at it for a while, and the having is even better than wanting beforehand. A few stand-outs are the clean and classic uncluttered lines, the cylindrical, knurled case that gives a bit of a gauge or instrument feel, with a narrow top surface instead of a traditional bezel. The tiny polished bevel between the satin silver inset rehaute and the dark navy blue minute track catches light just enough to pull your attention back to look at the watch again. The lume moat under the cantilevered indeces and the aero style hands are something very unique... and in low light is very subtle with the white dial... but in darkness the dial disappears, and the lume really takes over dramatically. I also appreciate the historical references to the Campbell legacy and have enjoyed learning about that by this watch bringing attention to it. My addition of an additional red perforated leather strap may not align with the Coniston and Campbell legacy blue and yellow livery, but the recent Morgan Midsummer roadster concept, in beautiful white, silver, and polished stainless, with a deep red leather interior seems to work VERY well as a colorway with Coniston Auto K4's similarly clean and classic lines. I haven't been collecting watches long, but this is definitely a highlight and a special piece in my collection. Very highly recommended and well worth it.
