This a really great chair, much more supportive of my ailing back than my old executive chair was. Lots of adjustments to get it to the way I like it. My (45-year-old) daughter try it, and her immediate reaction was "Oh.My. God". I have to admit, though, getting used to sitting more upright took some time. The wheels are the best I've seen on an 'office' chair, in my admittedly minimal experience. I have medium-pile carpet in the room where the chair is, and this is the first chair that moves with relative ease over that carpet.
Setup is relatively straightforward, and the necessary bolts are well-marked in the blister pack. My only criticism is that I needed to use a socket wrench to tighten the bolts holding the seat back on to the seat. I don't know if there's some form of Lock-Tite in the sockets on the seat bottom or not (there didn't appear to be anything on the bolts themselves), but there was no way on this green earth I was going to get those bolts tightened with only the provided Allen wrench.
