Really good waterproof jacket. Easy to fit to size and very adjustable, unlined to protect from rain rather than cold but I think I could put it over a fleece jumper, too, in colder weather. Soft to handle, not noisy and doesn't make static. Can be worn with harness under or over. My dog is a bit surprised by the leg straps on first wearing but soon gets used to them and they work really well against the jacket flapping up in the wind. We walked today in Storm Benjamin and he was completely dry when we got home. Very impressed!
