Harrier Aliminium Z Poles (Extendable) Model : Catbells.
We bought for my wife to run/walk the Cotswold Way Day 1 (53k) 2 weeks before the event. We had some telescopic poles and thought these were fine but we were amazed by how much better these were, so much lighter, and quicker to set up, and smaller to pack away. So, without any practice she found them to be amazing, and said if she hadn't had these she wouldn't have finished. The long handle grip was different to her current poles making going uphill easier as she could grab the poles lower than when on the flat. They're light, easily adjustable, strong, have different tips for all types of terrain. Now she's finished it's over to me to use, she's 5'2" and I'm 6'1 and we can both use these, though I suspect we'll be getting another set for when we run/walk together. So good.
