It seems like every other BJJ class I was getting pummeled in the jewels. Passing guard had me more worried about my groin then making the pass. Diamond MMA to the rescue. I LOVE these shorts/cup. I was pretty bruised the first couple weeks, but after getting accustomed, I will never roll without them. I ordered a second pair so I always have a set clean.
