After all the delivery delay of more than 1 month, Poor customer service and having arrived with the damaged package on the outside, when I assembled it, the parts on one side didn’t fit well and I have fallen out of my equipment. Now I am trying to reach out to them, with no success. Email response time from Innovamax (their e-commerce support) takes forever, if replied at all. So disappointed, as I was hoping to get even other equipments with them.
