Beautiful doll, customer service is excellent as always with Maxine, "she understands", I have purchased from this store many times & if it has ever been hard to track my parcel here 2 the US, Maxine & her team have been wonderful in helping me, & it's prompt help which sets my mind at ease, & this last purchase wasn't any diffrent, will shop here again master willin & du recommend this store for those who love beautiful dolls.
