The care and attention is flawless and there is so much love and respect about the whole process. When my charm arrived, it was packaged beautifully in its own box with ribbons around it and cherished urns tissue paper. A little sticker label told me who had created it, which i thought was a lovely touch and it came with a certificate of authentication.
