The Austen Steele vinyl arrived on the designated day. I hadn't realised at the time of accepting the parcel that there was a whole in the packaging. It did result in a small tear but it didn't go right through to the back. It also was competitively priced which is important as you have to shop around to get the best deal and best value for money. The postage seemed a little steep but we took that into account when we were looking elsewhere for the same product and it still came out cheaper. We are delighted with the new vinyl flooring. My husband laid it without any issues and it has now totally transformed our summer house.
