My last pair of Okanui's died after 20+ years of summer use. They were the original shorts hibiscus red and a favourite summer short. Now, I don't own these teal shorts. They were a Christmas present for my nephew. But, I bought a pair of the same stretch swim short shorts (white hibiscus/navy) in a size M for me. Brilliantly cool synthetic and comfy to wear around home, the beach the burbs with a white tee and boat shoes. My new favourites to wear in Sydney heat and humidity. I wanted the navy hibiscus in original (Aussie Made) short shorts but there were out of stock at Manly. I wish the stretch swim shorts were made here but that wont stop me buying quality. I also bought a pair of mint pineapple originals in 100% cotton, Australian made, to replace my old ones. They are slightly less cool because they are longer but just as comfy. I will happily recommend both Okanuis and am glad to be supporting an Aussie brand.
