I used Pro R in my modified Triumph T160 for about 15 years, now apparently re-named type S this fully synthetic has proved excellent. With flat tappet classic engines the cams are the most stressed engine component, this top quality fully synthetic has suitable additives to protect high performance older engines. Excellent stuff.
