I've been taking turmeric supplements for years but really love this preparation. I'm finding it very effective. The Berberine I take instead of diabetic meds. I've tried to control my blood sugar levels with diet and this super berberine which is the most bioavailable form. It gives me no problems and I feel well on it. My blood tests so far have been borderline, so already an improvement but I'm hoping to see even better results at my next check up.
