This bread is a game changer if you are consciously watching your carbs intake or indeed following a Keto plan! The bread is the exact same consistency and taste of a good quality seeded multi grain loaf. Exceptional toasted or straight from the packet as a sandwich. It has none of the disappointing hollow texture and artificial taste of other low carb loaves. And it is substantially filling as a two slice sandwich packed with tuna Mayo and salad. The slices are small but believe me, I have a good appetite and this two slice sandwich leaves me satisfied.
