I bought this product ~2 years ago for focus and it worked for me. Had several surgeries so no "extra" supplements whilst recovering. Now that I can take these supplements again, I remember how focused I would get and that little tingling in my brain. I love this stuff and will continue to purchase. Now using for focus during my Taichi Sessions.
