I use the Gold Oil for myself to help me sleep - I have been using it for years now and really is the best Cbd oil I've tried. The green I use for my dog, who has arthritis in her front leg. She definitely limps less and appears to be in less discomfort. Being able to buy the two oils at a great price is a real bonus.
