Great class!! I was wondering how a coffee cupping could last 2 hours, but it was so informative. We had 6 different coffees, each with different flavor profiles that we experienced dry, right after the water was added, while they were hot, & after they had cooled down. It was fascinating! We also talked about ground types (course or fine?), different home brewing methods, and what to look for when buying coffee. If you enjoy coffee, this was a fun & informative class. Would highly recommend it!
