I purchased this to make it easier to mount and dismount my wood chipper, bush hog, and rotor-tiller. It makes the process considerably easier.
The only drawback is that, if you shortened your PTO shaft to fit a sub-compact tractor (John Deere 1025R) you may need to purchase a new one, since this device adds several inches to the distance between the tractor PTO and the implement.
