Never been to a cooking class before so definitely was a different experience and fun. For our Best Friend's 50th we decided to do something different since she didn’t want a big party just a close intimate dinner. So what better way learning how to cook our favourite dish Singapore Chilli Crab and have it for dinner. Upon arrival you get served sparkling wine and prawn crackers to start the night then sit down and get a demonstration to prepare and cook. After the demonstration you get lead into you kitchen/cooking station in a group of 4people to cook your dinner. 1x mud crab between 2 people, so theres 2x crabs per cooking station. Preparing and cooking your dinner and just have fun! Loved our teacher Grace's interactive demonstration, she made it fun and gave us tips on how to pick a good mud crab, shared her own cooking experience tips and overall just a very enjoyable experience.
