I have a really bad teeth grinding habit that I've had since I was a child and I used to get these from my dentist and paid over, $400 apiece for them. I found Pro Teeth Guard a couple of years ago. Like I said, I ordered one in 2018 and I get the very hard one because I grind extremely hard and they have worked. They work great.
