Wonderful teacher, friendly, and interactive. I learnt valuable tips and techniques. There was only two people on the course, so getting things done was a breeze and got help where needed. Beautifully equipped premises. I'm so glad I booked this course. I would definitely recommend Pure Patisserie in Milton Keynes. Class bento has opened me up to do other workshop courses.
