I was given a voucher for the French Croissant Baking Class for Christmas after wanting to do it for a while. We had the most amazing day! Joe was such a great teacher, he was so thorough and helpful and such a lovely person. We were really lucky to have a lovely group of people also doing the class. My friend and I really enjoyed the whole process of learning how to make croissants, danishes and chocolate croissants from start to finish. And of course we enjoyed the delicious pastries we came away with (as did our friends, family and colleagues)! I highly highly recommend this class and would even be keen to do it again with more people!
