I talked to someone the same day I put the order in. They were able to get it to me little earlier than I expected which was also great, other than I had to ask my neighbor to get it because I was not home from vacation. They are very nice, polite and easy to work with. I will definitely consider doing another tube man with Feather Flag down the road.
