This class was SO much fun from start to finish! From the moment we walked into the restaurant, it felt warm, cozy, and welcoming. The pizza-making space in the back was great as we were right next to the kitchen/ brick ovens. The setup was perfect, nice long dinging tables where we got to chat with our neighbors, enjoy complimentary aprons and wine flowing throughout the night! The instructors/ chefs were so great - really fun, engaging, and constantly asking questions to keep everyone involved. They explained how dough is made, hand techniques and the cooking process to really build our pizza knowledge. They were also incredibly thorough about allergies, making sure gluten-free guests were fully accommodated.
Making our own pizzas was a blast—from shaping the dough to choosing toppings and getting your own fresh baked *delicioussss* pizza in minutes was so rewarding! We ended the night with a Nutella dessert pizza and left with a goodie bag of flour and directions to try it at home. I highly recommend for amazing food, wonderful instructors, great company and fun night out! 🍕✨
