I enjoy this specific hot sauce for something irregular and maybe unheard of. I add an entire bottle of this to my 3 gallon aged eggnog recipe. Yep, you heard me right, I put it in eggnog. The banana base thickener that they use in this pairs perfect with eggnog I have found (after a daring experiment last year with one pint) and this year I decided to push the envelope and go all in with a 3 gallon batch made with a bottle of Dick's. I also made regular for the non-spicy people in my life just in case anyone is worried! The eggnog comes out the best eggnog you have ever tried, except the finish has a little heat in the back of the throat that builds with each drink you take. Not to spicy your average Joe can't handle it, IF you can get them to try it...lol Those that try it, aren't disapointed!
