Pete was an excellent teacher very friendly and accommodating, more than willing to answer any questions about cocktails. MAP Maison bar is cosy and intimate. Food was nice, the teriyaki pork belly burger and fried cabbage was a standout, Just wish there was more salmon in the bao bun haha. location is easy to get to from central london. Overall a great afternoon!
