I tried the Barista class as a challenge for myself and I found that I thoroughly enjoyed it. As there was only two of us on the day, the class was more interactive and we were able to practise a lot. Carlos was also very knowledgeable about the coffee scene in Melbourne (we also even had handouts with exact measurements). I found the class to be very structured but also had room for practice and trial and error which I appreciate when learning something new. I also really appreciated Carlos’ helpful nature and loved Nala (Carlos’ dog)! It was a great time and I would take another class! Would recommend to any aspiring baristas or if you just want to learn something new (the certificates are also a nice touch!)
