This was my third candle making class and by far my favorite experience from a customer service experience! My husband and I attended a class and were welcomed with opened arms from the very beginning by Sonia and Banana. We were made to feel at ease and offered water and snacks while we got settled. Throughout the class we were giving step by step instructions and this was especially helpful. I’ve attended classes where I was left to fend for myself but with Sonia, she was there every step of the way without hovering. You can tell that she is passionate about her craft. It showed in how she explained things and the level of care she took. I would definitely book another class as well as recommend her to anyone else looking for a similar experience.
